I'm a dealer in Canada with an ES1 in store. I ordered a second battery to get the full potential of the bike. The batteries however are not performing well and they need an upgrade to the firmware. My supplier has provided me with the program but I cannot run it. error code. I have turned off all security features of windows and yet cannot get it to run? Any help is welcome. Thank you.
